Mining operations in Karaganda, Kazakhstan generate enormous volumes of worn-out heavy truck and OTR (Off-The-Road) radial tires that pose acute fire hazards and landfill strain. Henan Yushunxin Heavy Industry Technology (ENV) delivered a state-of-the-art continuous rotary pyrolysis plant with a daily throughput of 50 metric tons.

The plant incorporates hydraulic tire debeading, primary shredding into 50mm chips, continuous airtight feeding, horizontal rotating cracking reactor (420°C - 460°C), multi-stage tubular condensers, and automated water-cooled carbon black discharging.

The system produces approximately 22 tons of industrial fuel oil, 16 tons of carbon black char, and 6.5 tons of clean high-tensile spring steel wire daily, creating substantial economic returns in an environmentally sealed process.
