In response to the surge of first-generation photovoltaic power station decommissioning in Central Europe, Henan Yushunxin Heavy Industry Technology (ENV) engineered, manufactured, and commissioned a turnkey continuous tunnel furnace pyrolysis recycling plant for a leading German metallurgical recovery group.

The facility treats 20,000 metric tons of crystalline silicon modules annually (approx. 5,000 kg/h). The integrated automated production line includes high-speed hydraulic 4-sided frame stripping, pneumatic junction box cutters, continuous multi-zone oxygen-free tunnel pyrolysis, fine milling, and high-voltage corona electrostatic sorting.

All vaporized organic compounds from EVA/POE polymers are incinerated in a secondary thermal oxidizer (>850°C, 2.0s residence time) and rapidly quenched below 200°C to guarantee zero dioxin reformation, fully satisfying the stringent German TA-Luft environmental standards.
