Henan Yushunxin Heavy Industry Technology (ENV) UBC (Used Beverage Can) Decoating Line is an advanced thermal pretreatment system for secondary aluminum remelters. Used beverage cans carry heavy organic interior lacquers, exterior acrylic printings, and residual moisture that cause explosive boiling and severe melt oxidation (dross loss up to 15-20%) if fed directly into melting furnaces.

Our continuous rotary kiln heats shredded UBC in a tightly controlled low-oxygen atmosphere (480°C – 530°C), vaporizing paint organics into volatile gases. These gases are routed to a high-temperature secondary thermal oxidizer (>850°C) and recycled as heating energy, reducing melt dross loss to under 0.5%.
