Henan Yushunxin Heavy Industry Technology (ENV) crystalline silicon solar photovoltaic module recycling line is an industrial turnkey plant designed for commercial e-waste recyclers and solar farm decommissioning contractors. The complete automated process begins with high-efficiency frame disassembly, automated junction box separation, continuous oxygen-free tunnel pyrolysis (550-650°C), followed by multi-stage crushing and high-voltage electrostatic classification.

The plant operates without open flame and features closed-loop negative pressure pulse-jet dust filtration and VOC thermal oxidation to guarantee full compliance with strict environmental standards.
